A more human way to move an academy forward.

Coordina began with a simple observation: academies do not struggle because people are not working hard, but because too many important pieces live separately. Shifts, classes, messages, materials and follow-up need shared context.

The project is being built from the experience of a real academy, but it is not presented as a generally available product. It is a controlled pilot: we invite a small number of academies, listen to their needs and validate each step carefully.
