Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the public website www.coordina.eu and to requests for information, demonstrations or early access submitted through it. It does not yet govern the processing of data within the Coordina application by invited academies; that processing will require the relevant specific documentation and safeguards before real personal data may be used.
Data we collect
When you use the contact form, we may collect your first and last name, professional email, academy name, country or region, type of request and message content. Basic technical data necessary for the operation and security of the website may also be generated, such as IP address, request date and time or server logs.
The form is not intended to receive data relating to students, families or academy staff. Please do not include that information in messages.
Purposeses
We use the data to respond to enquiries, assess requests relating to the controlled pilot, arrange safe demonstrations and maintain necessary communication about possible participation. We will send occasional commercial updates only where there is an appropriate legal basis and, when required, specific consent.
Legal basis
The main legal basis is your consent when voluntarily submitting a request and our legitimate interest in responding to it and protecting the website. Where communication concerns pre-contractual steps requested by you, processing may also rely on those steps. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Retention
We will retain data for as long as necessary to respond to and manage the request. It may then be kept blocked for the periods required to address legal liabilities. Contacts that do not progress and have not authorised further communications will be deleted or anonymised when no longer necessary.

We do not sell your data. Service providers may access it where necessary under applicable terms, including Raiola Networks for web hosting and Google Workspace for email. WordPress, Elementor and the plugins used on the site may be technically involved in receiving and managing forms.
Transfers internacionales
Some technology providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, recognised legal mechanisms such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses will be used together with any necessary additional safeguards.
Analytics and cookies
No optional web analytics will be installed at initial launch. The website may use cookies or storage that are strictly necessary for operation, security, administration and session management. If measurement or marketing tools are added later, this policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing or portability where applicable. You may also withdraw consent. To exercise your rights, write to admin@coordina.eu, stating your request and the information needed to verify your identity.
If you believe that the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency through www.aepd.es.
Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect information on the public website. However, email and online forms are not appropriate channels for particularly sensitive information. Participation by external academies using real personal data will remain subject to the relevant technical, organisational and legal verification.
